By using our website www.ToursInKuwait.com, booking a tour, or purchasing any of our travel services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms outline your rights and obligations and govern all tours, transfers, and travel-related services we provide in Kuwait.

2. Company Information

Our Trend Q8 Company – KTG DMC is a registered Company based in Kuwait, offering guided tours, desert excursions, island trips, hotel reservations, transportation, and tailor-made travel packages across Kuwait.

3. Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or via our website).
  • A booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.
  • Upon confirmation, clients will receive a booking voucher, itinerary, and payment receipt.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved online payment platforms.
  • All prices are quoted in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Any transfer or banking fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by the Client:

  • More than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund minus administrative charges (if any).
  • 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the tour date or no-show: No refund.

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

b. Cancellation by KTG DMC:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date, replacement service, or full refund.

6. Modifications and Changes

  • Requests to change booking dates, number of participants, or itinerary must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Price differences may apply depending on the change requested.

7. Pricing Policy

  • All rates are accurate at the time of publication but may vary due to exchange rates, supplier price changes, or government fees.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and paid for, the price is guaranteed, except in cases of official tax increases or new government charges.

8. Responsibilities and Liability

  • Our Trend Q8 Company – KTG DMC acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport companies, restaurants, and guides).
  • We are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather, strikes, or political events).
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and travel insurance and comply with local laws.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

10. Health and Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues prior to booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation to any traveller whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or affects the comfort of others.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, war, or technical issues.

12. Complaints and Claims

If you experience any issues during your tour, please inform your guide or contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem on the spot. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour’s end.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data provided to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and complies with Kuwaiti data protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU travellers.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ToursInKuwait.com, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Our Trend Q8 Company – KTG DMC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.
